We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if placed before midday (Monday–Friday). During peak periods, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.
The shipping method selected at checkout determines the service used at dispatch. For example, orders placed on a Saturday with a next-day service will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
We are unable to guarantee amendments to orders once placed. If you need to request a change, please contact us at (insert CS email) as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot make changes once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, a refund will be issued for the goods minus original shipping costs and any return charges incurred.
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. However, if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
If you are not available for delivery, you may be able to provide delivery instructions directly to the courier. We strongly advise against requesting parcels to be left in a safe place (e.g. doorstep), as this increases the risk of theft.

We aim to dispatch same day (Mon–Fri before midday), but we are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 15 days from dispatch for delivery. Delivery times vary by destination, although European orders are delivered sooner.
All orders are shipped from the UK.
All international shipments are sent *Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU)* unless stated otherwise.
This means:
- You are responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees
- These charges are set by your local customs authority
- You will be contacted prior to delivery to make payment
If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will only be issued once the goods are received back at our warehouse. Original shipping and return costs will be deducted. Please note returns can take up to 2 months.
